Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we process when you use vizemotion.com, why, and what rights you have. Last updated: 26 October 2026.
1. Who is the controller
The controller of your personal data is Vizemotion, operator of vizemotion.com. In all matters concerning your data, write to hi@vizemotion.com.
2. What data we process and why
Contact and enquiry forms
When you send a form, we receive the data you enter: name, email address or phone number, type of enquiry, an optional link to files and the description, together with the address of the page you sent it from and your IP address. The message goes by email to hi@vizemotion.com (ideas and bug reports from the Lab pages to lab@vizemotion.com).
We use this data to reply and, if you wish, to prepare a quote or proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before a contract), and to handle general questions, ideas and bug reports (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in answering messages and improving our tools).
Protection against spam
To limit the number of messages sent from one address, the server stores a one-way hash of the IP address and the time of sending for up to one hour (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: security of the site).
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information about requests (such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type) to keep the service running and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Statistics (Google Analytics)
Only if you agree to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to learn how the site is used (number of visits, traffic sources, which pages are read). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page. Without consent the Google Analytics script is not loaded.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
- Your cookie choice — stored in your browser (localStorage, key
vz_zgoda) so the banner does not appear on every visit. Necessary, no consent needed. - Google Analytics — cookies
_gaand_ga_*(up to 2 years), only after you agree to analytics cookies.
The site does not use advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from our own server, and the site does not embed content from other services (such as YouTube or maps). Links to other sites (for example Ko-fi or meblomiar.pl) open those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
4. Who receives the data
- Seohost — hosting of the website and email (form messages arrive in mailboxes on this server).
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics, only with your consent. Data may be transferred to the USA under the European Commission decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell your data or use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
5. How long we keep the data
We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to handle them and, if we work together, for the time required by law and to establish or defend claims. Anti-spam data is deleted after one hour. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics account.
6. Your rights
- access your data and receive a copy
- have your data corrected
- have your data erased
- restrict processing
- data portability
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal)
To use these rights, write to hi@vizemotion.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
Giving data in the form is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply.
7. Changes to this policy
If the way the site works changes (for example, new tools or services), we will update this policy and the date at the top.
